Important
Patients are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may incur a cancellation fee.
All fees are payable at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, card payments, and certain medical aids.
While we submit claims to most medical aids, patients remain responsible for any amounts not covered, including co-payments and exclusions.
All patient records and personal information are kept confidential in accordance with the POPIA Act and other applicable privacy laws.
Emergency appointments will be accommodated based on availability. We do our best to see emergency patients as quickly as possible.
